Happy Groundhog Day! Phil did not see his shadow and therefor proclaimed:

That is exciting news for our warm-weather friends and staff who are already gearing up for another amazing summer! Even though we have a few weeks of cooler temps to get through, CRPR is excited to offer you some fantastic programs to keep you busy. Check out our upcoming activities below!

Plant Identification Series at
Millbrook Marsh Nature Center
Time to wake up from hibernation and see the fresh start of spring! Join Millbrook Marsh Naturalists and get to know the plants of Central Pennsylvania. This program ranges from basic to more advanced plant identification. While walking through the marsh and our native garden, you will learn techniques to distinguish different plant species and about the importance of native plants. Please dress for the weather. Join us each month to see new plants “spring” up!
Dates: Sat., February 20; March 19; April 16; May 21      
Please register at least 1 week in advance.
Time: 11 AM-12:30 PM
Ages: 16 & older
Fee: $20R/$30N includes all 4 programs
