We will have many more logistical details for you in the next few weeks but for today, we want to highlight just a few things to be thinking about in advance of this special Con Gioia performance at the grand finale event of the Wisconsin Science Festival on Sunday, October 25.

Venue
Our performance is at the Wisconsin Institutes of Discovery on the UW-Madison campus. Please take a moment now to study the map and consider your parking options so you have a good plan for being on time on Sunday, October 25.

Schedule
Our call time is 2:00PM and our performance will be during Dr. Shakhashiri's Science is Fun presentation between 2:30PM and 4:00PM.

Rehearsal
Immediately following the performance, Con Gioia members will need to go directly to their regular Sunday rehearsal at Westgate Studios. Thank you, parents, for your help in making this happen in the most efficient way possible.

We will provide a snack for them before rehearsal. It will be clear where and when the snack will be provided as we get closer to the date. As always, if you are concerned about food sensitivity or allergies, please plan to provide a quick snack for your singer.

Regardless of what time rehearsal begins, it will end on time at 5:30pm. Given Con Gioia's upcoming performance with the Madison Symphony Orchestra, each rehearsal opportunity before December 4th is important!

What to Wear
Singers should wear their red MYC polo with jeans, slacks or a modest skirt.

Required Performance
This event is required and we expect each Con Gioia member to be part of this performance unless we have already heard from you regarding your immovable, unavoidable conflict.

We are excited to be contributing to this fantastic festival and look forward to Con Gioia's performance with Dr. Shakhashiri. We know they will represent MYC in the best possible way! Thank you for paying attention to these details and ensuring your singer is where they need to be on October 25. More details to come!
