NJMLS - The NJMLS System was designed by our members and continues to be improved through the input of the The RealSource MLS users group co-chaired by Marie Munson and Larry Gruber. Many of the recent improvements and upgrades are a direct result of the work by this committee. Last month President-Elect Fran Blakely suggested that the office exclusive list not only list the property address but the category also be listed. This was implemented by the NJMLS within 3 weeks of the suggestion. The NJMLS recently modified the procedure for calculating the statistics. Adam DeFino made a presentation to the NJMLS Board of Directors requesting the change not be retroactive. The Board voted unanimously to accept Adam’s suggestion. The NJMLS is very responsive to member suggestions and if you have a suggestion please contact either Marie or Larry and the MLS Users Committee will review the suggestion. Many thanks to both Fran and Adam.
Also, when running a CMA report be sure to include the “Member Benefits” flyer. This attractive page lets the seller know why listing their property on NJMLS is an advantage and details the exposure of their listing via our members and the consumer site provide.
