Yakima Symphony Orchestra
Vivaldi's Four Seasons
Curated by LG Director, David Lynx

Deadline: August 12, 5PM
The Yakima Symphony Orchestra has an opportunity for photographers to be part of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons! The purpose of the YSO Four Seasons Photo Opportunity is to procure beautiful and compelling images of the Yakima Valley during all of its four magnificent seasons. Anyone who is interested may submit up to four images. Some images will be selected to be shown on screens while the orchestra is performing 'The Four Seasons' (Vivaldi) on October 8, 2016. These same images, and others, will be selected to be part of a Four Seasons Photo Exhibit at Essencia Artisan Bakery during September and October 2016. Exhibited pieces will be available for sale. While images of the Yakima Valley in the winter, spring, summer and fall are being sought, please also keep in mind the specific lines of Vivaldi’s Four Season Sonnets. For the concert, we will particularly be looking for images that represent the imagery in the Sonnets. Please download the PDF file and look at the chart on the back of this form for the Sonnet imagery.
