Peter O'Neil, EcoBroker in Portland, Oregon: Though many high performance builders are often doing a good job of demonstrating excellence in new construction, Peter O’Neil is helping communities see that some of the most environmentally sensitive properties can be existing ones. Peter has encouraged the survival of over 5,300 trees in Irvington, Oregon.  His work with Alliances improves walkability and bike-ability of historic neighborhoods.  Peter also raises money for the NW Sarcoma Foundation and the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
