Dear --FNAME--,

You can delete this email without reading it IF:
1)  you were one of the 117 people who logged in yesterday when we interrupted our vacation to open between 12 Noon and 6:00 p.m.  (Your Adobe Flash is up-to-date!)
2)  you installed Adobe Flash, version 18.0.0.203, on your own.
3)  you are one of the dozen or so people who emailed us and told us you're out of town and will log in to Remote when you return.

If you don't fall into categories 1, 2 or 3 above, please know we want you to be safe.  Although our vacation prevents us from opening again today or tomorrow, please see below for instructions on how you can update your computer, if it isn't updated already.

Adobe Flash Player
Adobe has issued a critical update for their Adobe Flash Player.  You should update the player as soon as possible.
If you don't know how to install Adobe Flash or how to check if it's already installed, please follow these steps:

Step #1
Do you use the Google Chrome browser?  If your answer is “No,” go to step #2.  If your answer is “Yes,” you need to make sure Google Chrome is up-to-date.  Here’s a video on how to do that:

Step #2
Do you use the Mozilla Firefox browser?  If your answer is “No,” go to Step #3.  If your answer is “Yes,” you need to install Adobe Flash for Firefox.  Here’s a video on how to do that:

Step #3
Is your computer’s operating system Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?  If your answer is “No,” go to Step #4.  If your answer is “Yes,” then you need to know the following:  The Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 is installed automatically through Windows Update.  Here’s how to check to see if the Adobe Flash update issued on July 9, 2015, has been installed on your computer:

Step #4
Is your computer’s operating system Windows 7 or Windows Vista?  Here is what you will need to do:
In Internet Explorer, go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer
In the Window which appears, take the checkmark(s) out of any Option Offers which may appear. This is VERY important!
Click on the Install Now button.
On the small window which will appear at the bottom of the screen, choose Run.
If a User Account control window appears after the download has completed, click Yes or Ok.
Adobe Flash will install. You may get a window telling you to close Internet Explorer. If so, close IE and the Adoble Flash installation will complete.
When the installation has finished, click the Finish button.
Your browser may restart to indicate the installation is done.
