THIRD ANNIVERSARY GROUP SHOW OF 40 GALLERY ARTISTS
ALL THINGS COMFORT/
HYGGE

December 1, 2018 – January 26, 2019

“Hygge,” pronounced “hue-guh,” is a Danish word used to acknowledge a special feeling or moment. This is the theme of the Boxx Gallery’s third anniversary exhibit.
This fourth holiday group exhibition celebrates the third year that Boxx has served as a gallery. The Boxx Gallery, at 616 Maple St. in Tieton, was established with a mission to fund the neighboring Highland Food Bank, act as a gathering place for the community and operate as an all-volunteer-run space.
“All Things Comfort/HYGGE” is a group show of 40 artists. The artists were asked to show something that, to them, could be cozy, charming or special. For many this was something that warmed their heart, like Marty Lovin’s music box.
