If you are a Remote Technical Support (RTS) customer, our old software no longer works.  You will now need to visit to log in to us so we can install our new remote software.  If you have problems, please call us at 772-408-4425 and we'll help you through the process.  How can you tell if you already have the new software? Easy! If you have our icon on your desktop and it's labeled "4KCC Help Portal" then you have the new software.  If you have any icon other than that one, you'll need the new software.

Question of the Week

Question: "Please know this is a serious question.  As I'm getting older, I worry about "losing it" mentally.  Are there any websites that can help me keep my mind active?"

Answer:  It's true - the Internet isn't just for reading the news, printing airline tickets and researching homework.  There is actually a nice variety of websites that will help keep you mentally sharp.

One of our favorite sites is called Braingle.  It features Brain Teasers, Riddles, Trivia, Games and more.  For me, personally, I love the brain teasers.  If you really want to have your computer keep you sharp, click on the button below and visit Braingle today!

Most of you know Joyce and I love trains.  Well, here's a great ornament for your tree this year, if you like trains, too.  As I mentioned last week, Joyce is famous for giving unique and different gifts - at Christmas and at other times of the year.  She uses great websites like  (We loved this site so much, we became affiliates.  If you click and buy, we make a buck!) Here, she first finds "the gift" for the person she has in mind.  Then, she personalizes it and that makes our gift stand out.  Why not take a moment to click on the train and see how easy it is to personalize?
