See, touch, smell, and hear your way through the wonders of Millbrook Marsh during our Alphabet Marsh Scavenger Hunt! Bring the family and enjoy your day working together as a team with this kid-friendly activity. Walks are free, but donations are appreciated. No registration required!

Tigers in the Wild

$8 Resident, $12 Non-resident

Calling all Tigers!! Pack your Cub Scout Six Essentials and join us for a hike with a Millbrook Marsh Nature Center Naturalist to earn your Tigers in the Wild Badge. Discover the numerous plants and animals of the marsh while learning and applying the Outdoor Code as well as the Leave No Trace Principles. Please dress for the weather and wear hiking shoes. Pollinator Garden Work and Learn Session
Monday, July 24
From 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Come get your hands in the dirt and enjoy some fresh air while working in our pollinator garden! You’ll learn about native plant species and the benefits these plants provide pollinators as you work alongside our Garden Coordinator. Bring garden gloves and dress for the outdoors (tools provided). Space is limited. Please RSVP to mmnc@crcog.net or by calling the nature center at 814-235-7819.

Centred Outdoors wants to connect you with the parks right here in Centre County! You can join free guided hikes every Sunday and Wednesday from now until August 20 or explore them on your own. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.
