This is a great time of year if you're involved with youth baseball! Now, all of the excitement and planning for the spring begins to take effect.

This is also the time to think about what may be the most important part of any youth program - the quality of your volunteer coaching. And since we all know that most busy volunteers don't have time to read books or manuals, watch DVD's, or log onto websites and download drills, we'd like you to consider providing CoachDeck to your coaches.

Not only is it the best way to say "Thank you," for the tremendous time and effort they put forth, but you'll see the quality of your league's coaching improve dramatically.

We hope you find the articles, resources and offers in this newsletter helpful and enjoyable. If you have any suggestions or questions, we'd love to hear from you at

Best wishes,
