You probably know that we lease the software we use for Remote Technical Support.  After years of working with the same company, we are changing companies.  The decision to switch to another company did not come lightly.  Unfortunately, we have had several issues on our side of the Remote software which have gone unresolved for almost 8 months.  While the techs worked diligently to resolve our issues, they were not able to do so.  Our subscription, which costs us approximately $3600 a year, ends September 28, 2017. 
We have tested a ton of other software programs and have decided to use Instant Housecall as it is secure and has worked the best for us during our testing time.
Please understand, this is NOT a financial decision as Instant Housecall is within a few dollars of what we were previously paying.
If you logged into Remote this week, we've probably already installed the new software.  If not, please click on the video image below and watch our video which shows where to get our software, how to install it, and how to log in.
