Looking Ahead
Our final rehearsals of the fall semester will be December 13 and family and friends are invited to attend! Having family members sitting in the back of the rehearsal room is one of the things we miss about not being together and experiencing an MYC rehearsal is an important part of understanding what we're about (beyond the music). We'll have more details to share in that final week but for now, please plan to attend either with your singer or on your own device! Grandparents, parents, siblings, and friends--all are welcome.

Happening One Year Ago
For the sentimental among us, one year ago this weekend we held our final rehearsals at Westgate Mall with a lot of gratitude for everything that space allowed us to do. What was expressed one year ago is also true this week: thank you for looking past the physical (or virtual space) to the actual magic happening inside the rehearsal.

Our Final Rehearsal Weekend at Westgate Mall
This weekend we will be marking a significant moment in the timeline of our MYC history: our final rehearsals at Westgate Mall. How appropriate that this is Thanksgiving weekend!
We are grateful to have had this rehearsal home for nearly ten years and grateful to our MYC families and singers for your willingness to look past the physical space to the actual magic happening inside the rehearsal studios. Together we have filled these rooms and hallways with smiles, laughter, big ideas, thoughtful questions, encouragement, empathy, and incredible music-making. Thank you! As you walk out the door for the last time on Sunday or Monday, we hope you will smile knowing you've been a part of something amazing in this space.
