Welcome to our Question of the Week Email!
Sunday, February 4, 2018
Dear --FNAME--,

A few weeks ago, I had a special on a 17" laptop.  There were only 7 available and they sold out in two days.  I had a number of customers who wanted one of these laptops but the laptops were gone before they could make up their minds.

Today, I have another 17" laptop special.  There are only 9 of these.  So, if you missed the first special, don't wait on this one.  It's $49 more than the other one but I'll make you this deal: if you purchase one of these, we'll charge only $75 for our setup - that's a $30 discount.  Get all the details below.

Don't forget to read our Question of the Week, also found below.

As for the Super Bowl, good luck to whichever team you support!

The subject is:  "Bravo Pavarotti" and it will be from 10:00 a.m.-12 Noon at Trinity United Methodist Church in Jensen Beach, FL.  (Click on the picture above to get directions, etc.) You can find an outline of what we plan to cover by visiting our seminar page which you'll find HERE.
Indulge in Hershey's!
Many of you know that for 43 years, I lived without aroma distance of the Hershey Chocolate Factory in Hershey, PA.  In fact, you might even know that one of my password phrases is "I love Hershey's chocolate!"  Well, Easter is coming and in the secular realm of the holiday, we associate chocolate.  Click on the banner above and get something sweet!

Question of the Week

Question:  "Could you list the things you'd like all your computer customers to remember?"

Answer:  I can certainly list ten of the things that I'd love for all computer users to remember:
1)  There are never any spaces in an email address.
2)  All email accounts have passwords and you should know yours.
3) Neither Microsoft nor Apple will ever call you to tell you there's a problem on your computer.
4)  Neither Apple nor Microsoft will ever cause a pop-up website on your computer telling you that your computer is infected.
5)  Yahoo is NOT a browser.  (The main browsers: Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera.)
6)  When things go wacky with your computer, the first thing to try is to restart (reboot) it!  That will often fix things.
7)  You should turn your computer off at least once a week for a minimum of 5 minutes.
8)  Many problems on Smartphones can be fixed by shutting the phone off, awaiting 5 minutes and then restarting.
9)  Backup, backup, backup.  If your data is lost, you will wish you had paid attention to this one!
10) Don't quit.  Computing devices can be frustrating but don't give up!
