Spring Introductory Choir Registration Now Open
Our spring session of introductory choir begins Sunday, April 11, and will run for eight weeks through June 6 (no class Memorial Day weekend). Introductory choir is designed for students ages 7-10 to explore vocal technique, music theory, and rehearsal skills in a small class environment designed to develop skills and prepare students for singing in a larger group ensemble with confidence. Some students enroll multiple times as each session is different repertoire and can be a stand-alone experience of music exploration. Our spring session will meet Sunday afternoons via Zoom from 3-3:30pm. Learn more on our Join a Choir page.
Looking Ahead to Our New Home
Work has continued on MYC's new home at Madison's Youth Arts Center on the Isthmus even during the pandemic and we're excited to share sneak peeks of our future home with our MYC community each week. Visit www.madisonyoutharts.org to learn more or email us with your questions!
Just one corner of the community room on the third floor. A coffee station and vending area will live along the tiled wall.
Footprints on our Mifflin Street patio pavers! This lovely outdoor social space is on the fourth floor. That's Lapham Elementary across the street and if we turned the camera to the left you could see the Capitol's dome!
