Question Of The Week

Question: "I was at your seminar this past week and I saw you had some beautiful backgrounds on your computer.  Where do I get pictures like that and how do I change the background on my computer?"

Answer:  When you first log onto your computer, are you still staring at a boring Lenovo, HP, Dell or Apple wallpaper?  (Yes, the picture you see is called "wallpaper.")  If you are, why not liven up your view?

Whether you use a Windows PC or an Apple Mac, changing the wallpaper is easy.  The good news is that there are lots of wallpaper pictures available and many of them are absolutely gorgeous.  These wallpaper pictures often come in "themes" and they contain pictures similar to each other.  Examples might include: lions, tigers, waterfalls, mountains, sunsets and lots more!

Both Windows and Mac come with multiple wallpapers already installed and available;  but, you can easily find additional wallpapers for free.  On a Windows machine, when you're changing the wallpaper, you can click "Get more themes online" and you'll be taken to a Microsoft site with lots of themes from which you can choose.  For the Mac, there are lots of sites online which offer free wallpapers.  One of those sites can be found HERE.

On Windows and Mac computers, you can also choose the following options:  1)  use pictures from your own picture library; 2) how often the pictures change; and, 3)  whether the pictures should appear randomly or in alphabetical order.

Now that I've peaked your interest, I can hear you asking, "How do I change the wallpaper?"  I thought you'd never ask!

That's it for this week.  Have an awesome weekend.
