New Singer Wardrobe Fittings (Required)
Singers who joined MYC in January will need to be fitted for their concert wardrobe according to the schedule below. Fittings take about 15 minutes and we ask that you arrive in plenty of time so that you are not late for rehearsal. These are scheduled at a time when we have access to the wardrobe and when staff are available--thank you for making this a priority in your schedule. We expect to fit all new MYC singers this weekend.

Sunday, March 6, 3:30 - 5:45PM, Westgate Studios (follow the signs)
New singers in Choraliers, Con Gioia, Capriccio and Cantilena. Please plan to come BEFORE your rehearsal begins.

Monday, March 7, 3:00 - 5:00PM, Westgate Studios, Studio 4
New singers in Purcell, Britten and Holst. Please come as early in the afternoon as possible and no later than 4:50PM to allow enough time to be fitted before rehearsal begins.

Our final and most important fundraising campaign of the season is underway!

Reminders for this week:
When you receive a donation, please make sure the donor has completed a green donor form.

Record each donation on your tracking sheet.

Keep all donations organized and with you until turn-in day on March 13/14. Please do not turn in your packets before then!

Don't forget to send a thank you to each of your donors! This is so important! MYC will also provide a thank you along with a receipt but a note from you is the most meaningful.

It's not too late to participate! Read through the information packet, follow the steps and you'll see how easy it is.

Remember: the first measure of participation is sharing your MYC story with at least one person outside of your immediate family. Our goal is 100% participation! Just like in rehearsal, every voice matters and your participation is key.
_________________________________________________________________

It's MYChoir (IMC) is both a fundraising campaign and an opportunity for members and staff to share with the wider community the importance of music education and the benefits it provides. Because tuition alone covers less than 50% of the total cost of each singer's enrollment, fundraising is a necessary part of MYC membership. We count on families to fully participate and meet their $200 family fundraising goal each year to help cover the tuition gap. Thank you for participating!
