Miles LCSW-C has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. His approach is client-centered and he views psychotherapy as an interactive, creative and exciting process. He uses a pragmatic, practical and supportive approach including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness and humor so people feel safe, respected and positive. Miles co-led a men's psychotherapy group for over 15 years and has been involved in a a men's support group for many years.
