Congratulations!
We couldn't be more proud of all the accomplishments on display last Sunday. What a wonderful day of music-making and celebration. Thank you to everyone for your contributions to making it a memorable day for our singers and an exceedingly enjoyable concert experience for our audiences.

If you would like to order a cd of the concert, please use the order form inside your program book or contact Audio for the Arts through their website.

Registration is now open for our winter/spring sessions of introductory choir for students ages 7-10. Madison Boychoir Festival
Saturday, February 24 | West High School
Savvy boychoir members will have already noticed this event on their season calendar. We are reminding you now so it's on your radar and you can be planning ahead for this important day.

This is a required event as members of Purcell, Britten, Holst and Ragazzi play host to hundreds of boys from all over southern Wisconsin who are excited to spend the morning with us. If you discover you have an immovable, unavoidable conflict, please complete the on-line absence form.

All MYC singers in Purcell, Britten, Holst and Ragazzi are automatically registered and expected to be in attendance--no need to register through your school.

What You Can Do To Help
Information has been shared with local schools: please encourage your friends to register through their music teacher.

If your 2017 (or '16, '15, '14, etc.) festival T-shirt still fits, please wear it to school to help generate interest!

We'll have a sign up for parent volunteers in January and look forward to another amazing festival!

Holiday Office Hours
The MYC office will be open through Friday, December 15. If you have something to pick up (coffee, choir bag, lost and found item), please stop by between 9am and 5pm today or tomorrow.

We will be closed beginning Monday, December 18 through Monday, January 1, returning to the office on Tuesday, January 2.

This is the final Weekly Notes of 2017. Look for the first 2018 installment on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Regular weekly rehearsals return Sunday, January 7 and Monday, January 8!

From all of us at MYC, thank you for being part of our community and making 2017 such a memorable year for all of us. We are grateful for you and wish you all the very best as you enjoy this holiday season with your family and friends.

See you in 2018!
