Question of the Week #1
We have multiple questions in this email edition.  To all our Mac users, we apologize in advance that this first question and answer is totally about a Microsoft product!

Question:  "I understand Windows 10 is coming out July 29, 2015.  I'm eligible for the free upgrade.  Should I go ahead and upgrade?"
Answer:  I'm begging you, don't upgrade until you hear from us!  :-)  We have three machines in the shop which we'll be upgrading to Windows 10.  Please do not perform your own upgrade until we've completed our upgrades, seen how things go, and have gotten back to you through the Question of the Week email and/or our blog.
Question of the Week #2
Question: I get my email on my computer and on my smart phone.  It's great but when I delete an email from one of them, it's still on the other.  Why doesn't it delete from both places?  I hate having to delete everything twice!"
Answer:  There are two types of email delivery services: POP and IMAP.  If you want to be able to see the same email on multiple devices, you should be using IMAP.  If you need help with this, please email us and we'll lead you in the right direction.  If you'd like a little more information, here's a brief article to check out (It's not ours but it does the job!):
