Welcome!

Dear --FNAME--,

Joyce and Zeke
You may already know that this past Monday, Zeke was attacked by three large dogs while he and Joyce were on their morning walk.  In an effort to save Zeke, Joyce (heroically, in my opinion) fell to the ground and covered Zeke with her own body.  In doing so, Joyce received serious injuries herself.  You can read my Facebook posting about it here:  http://tinyurl.com/kw8fhvf.  As of today, Joyce is sore but healing.  She has multiple staples, stitches and bandages repairing the 10-12 dog bites she suffered.  Zeke is still in danger and his survival is a day-to-day event.  If you are a praying person, we ask for your prayers, especially for our little guy.  If you own a dog or cat, you can imagine what we're feeling.

Remote Technical Support
I wanted to give you a heads up and an opportunity to save on the first year purchase of our Remote Technical Support service.  If you're not familiar with it, you can read all about it HERE.  For many years now, the cost of the service has been $99.95.  Unlike many other remote services whose pricing is "per computer," our price covers up to three computers in the same household.  Due to recent increases in the cost of the leasing of the remote software we use, beginning September 1, 2014, the first year cost will increase to $124.95.  Renewal years will remain at $84.95.  If you are interested in a free demo of our Remote Service, we will be happy to give you a 30-minute sample if you log in on this page:  www.4kcc.com/remote.  Just put "trial" in the reason for logging in.  If you know anyone else who might be interested, please forward this to them.

Question Of The Week

Question: "I have an article on a flash drive that is inserted into my computer,  I have never used the flash drive before.  Could you give me instructions on how to bring my information up so I can e-mail the article to several people?"

Answer:  Flash drives are great little devices for transporting files from one computing device to another.  (You should not use them as sole back-up devices, however.)   To be effective, you need to know how to handle a flash drive; and, how to move files from the drive and to the drive.

We've created a short video to explain our answer to this week's question.  You'll find the video HERE.
