The principle of the sanctity of life is clearly established in Genesis 9:5-6 and in the Ten Commandments. The Bible clearly states life comes from God and we are answerable to Him for what we do with our own and other people's lives; thus every taking of life requires justification to God.

Pray for Christians throughout the world who suffer on behalf of the Gospel and for doctors and nurses who have suffered loss of employment in their support of life; refusing to perform abortions or administer drugs to induce abortions.

Pray for the Fellowship of Presbyterians Covenanting Conference (Jan. 18-20)

and PPL's exhibit there to be a gracious pro-life witness.

January 22-28

Pray that on SOHL Sunday pastors will preach with boldness and clarity the truth that all life is created by God and precious to Him.

Pray for those participating in the March for Life in Washington D.C. on January 23.

Pray for your local church and ask God to show you how to use your time and talents on behalf of your church's ministry.

Pray for members of local churches to be involved in a 'hands on' way with pro-life ministries in their areas.
