West Harbor Landing on the NE side of the Catawba Island Causeway (Route 53N) is public and a great viewing spot provided by the Friends of Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge. Ottawa County has the highest amount of Eagle nests in Ohio with 90 recorded in 2020.
